About this first version
CA Neha Chhabra is a business finance and compliance advisory website. This site supports business enquiries, owner review, written responses and action tracking. Submitting an enquiry does not itself establish an advisory engagement, confirm service availability or authorise filings.
Website chat without sign-in
You can submit a query with your name, email, phone number and optional business name and message without a ChatGPT account. Contact details are supplied by you and are not verified. Messages and adviser replies are stored centrally. If the owner configures email notifications, customer contact details and query content are sent to ca.nehachhabra@gmail.com through the configured email provider (Resend). Contact details are supplied by the customer and are not verified. A secure, HttpOnly browser cookie provides access to your conversations for up to 30 days. The database stores a hash associated with that access token. Clearing cookies, changing devices or cookie expiry can remove your access. Anyone using the same browser profile may access that conversation. Use email or WhatsApp for follow-up if access is lost. This is adviser messaging, not an automated advice service; immediate replies are not guaranteed. Email alerts depend on owner configuration and provider acceptance; receipt is not guaranteed.
Information collected
Your sign-in identity, name, business contact number, business details, operating locations, workforce and turnover ranges, selected topics, questions, preferred contact method and any consultation date/time preferences are stored centrally. Adviser responses and action records are also stored. You may request contact by phone, WhatsApp or email; appointment times require adviser confirmation. Website responses appear in your client workspace, and automatic email or WhatsApp notifications are not enabled. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, bank details, PAN/Aadhaar numbers, employee personal data or confidential documents through the description field.
How information is used
Information is used to understand your enquiry and prepare a response or proposed scope. Clients can access their own records. The owner can access enquiries and prepare or share action plans. Draft action items are visible to the owner only. No payment is collected and no government return is filed by this website.
Direct contact
Call and email buttons open your device’s phone or email app. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a draft message, which you choose whether to send. Choosing Send this query on WhatsApp includes the contact details and question you entered (or the details from your current browser conversation) in the draft. Press Send in WhatsApp to deliver it. This does not submit a new message to the website inbox. Direct messages are handled through those services under their respective terms; they do not automatically appear in the website workspace.
Professional review
Business facts, current rules and professional judgement must be reviewed before conclusions are issued. Applicability, classifications and due dates are not generated automatically. Any target date shown is an adviser-entered action date, not a platform-certified statutory deadline. Specialist matters must be routed to an appropriately qualified adviser.
Corrections, access and deletion requests
Email ca.nehachhabra@gmail.com or submit a new enquiry in your client workspace identifying the record and requested correction, export or deletion. The owner must review and process that request; these actions are not automated. Retention terms and any wider sharing should be agreed before a formal engagement begins.
Website access
The website is publicly viewable. Website chat accepts queries without ChatGPT sign-in. ChatGPT sign-in is required for the detailed business review form and private account workspaces. Clients can access only their own records, and the owner dashboard is restricted to the owner. Business identity, final terms and engagement arrangements are agreed separately.
